Hatha Tantra and Kirtan
Tantra Hatha: Move through a 75min Tantra Hatha practice, Kriya & meditation. The practice of Tantra Hatha Yoga combines a skilfully sequenced set of postures, breath-work and meditation. It is a practice of stillness and steadiness for both the mind and body. Followed by a 45min high energy kirtan. Kirtan is a Devotional mantra practice that creates a sense of completeness, unity, and harmony in the mind, body and spirit. The repetition of ancient mantras has the power to peel back the layers of the ego, and to let the inner jewel of the soul shine forth.
