Time is made from the past and the future. During this session we shall strive to stay present and hence out of time. Practically, our intention is to realign and adjust each part of the body to naturally promote health and vitality. A slow paced, energetic and low impact session that shall assist us in consciously reconnecting with our bodies. Commonly known as Thai Yoga, Reusi Dat Ton is an ancient self-care system consisting of breath work, postures, self-massage, stretches, visualization and meditation.
